Release of liability
By participating in any hiking activity organized by Alex and WanderWeGo, the client acknowledges and accepts that outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or loss of personal property. As such, Alex cannot be held liable for any accidents or incidents that may occur during the trip. Clients assume full responsibility for their safety and well-being, and by engaging in the hike, release Alex from any liability related to these risks. It is essential that all participants are aware of their physical limitations and are adequately prepared for any hike they undergo.
